Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation (FACTR), often knowing as "scraping". This approach combines various techniques like instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), manual therapy, and specific exercises to address pain, improve mobility, and restore function by breaking down scar tissue and releasing adhesions, or "knots".
